Hi, we are Sekushi! A sweaty foursome pounding crisp drums, plucky guitars, groovy bass and psychedelic synth noises.
It's a cowboy riding a spaceship, The Adams Family on a surfboard or a sweaty bag of fries with sauce leaking from the bottom. It is the extra funky smelling clam chowder.

QUAKE
2023 has proven to be a blast, with over 20 gigs. The release of our first EP 'Sekushi I' did not go unnoticed. Sekushi made the selection of Jonge Wolven, Busker Street (VI.BE) and won the Copa Sessions, resulting in gigs at de Gentse Feesten, Leffingeleuren and Copacabana, respectively. The grand finale of 2023: 2 release parties for our double EP on vinyl in Djingel Djangel (Antwerp) and Charlatan (Ghent) in December.

THE BAND
'Sekushi I & II' were recorded at Oktaver Studios by Youri Van Uffelen, not coincidentally also our guitar and space wizzard. Add Thomas Deckx (Drums), Sam D'hondt (Bass) and Toon Verdonck (Guitar) and you get one piping hot pot of Sekushi.
